Experience and Education

Julie Lynch is a licensed acupuncturist dedicated to helping people restore balance, relieve pain, and achieve long-term wellness. She specializes in pain management, women’s health, digestive wellness, and facial rejuvenation, offering personalized care that addresses the whole person—body, mind, and spirit.

Julie’s journey in healthcare began as a massage therapist, where she spent over a decade helping clients relax, heal, and recover. Her commitment to deepening her skills led her to earn a Master’s degree in Acupuncture from Northwestern Health Sciences University, graduating cum laude. She also trained at the Academy of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, further enriching her knowledge of traditional healing practices.

A proud U.S. Army Reserve veteran, Julie brings discipline, resilience, and a strong sense of service to her work. Inspired by her military experience, she is especially passionate about supporting fellow veterans and expanding access to integrative care. This mission led her to found the MN Acupuncture Collective, a nonprofit dedicated to making affordable acupuncture available to veterans and underserved communities.

Julie is nationally certified by the NCCAOM and licensed in both Minnesota and Wisconsin. Since beginning her acupuncture career in 2013, she has built a diverse background in hospitals, community clinics, and private practice. Her clinical experience includes work with HealthPartners’ community acupuncture program, Fairview Riverside Hospital, Courage Kenny Rehabilitation Institute, and Pillsbury Integrative Community Clinic.

In addition to her acupuncture expertise, Julie is a licensed esthetician (since 2012) with advanced training in the Mei Zen Cosmetic Acupuncture System. She also incorporates movement and breathwork into her sessions, drawing from her 200 hours of yoga teacher training to help clients achieve lasting results.

When she isn’t in the clinic, Julie enjoys life with her partner and their four children, tending to houseplants, playing video games, and hosting gatherings with friends. A lifelong learner and creator, she always has more projects in the works than she can count.
